Uncapped commission – the more you bill, the more you earn at 20%
Up to 29 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays in your first year (increasing by 1 day a year)

We need:
Previous permanent Recruitment experience – ideally within the Civil Engineering sector

You should be bright, enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate good experience of permanent recruitment. You should have excellent attention to detail within your written English, as you will be communicating via e-mail and writing job adverts to go on the Internet and in trade press. You should also be comfortable conversing intelligently with individuals at all levels over the telephone. An excellent salary / commission structure and training is on offer to the best candidate and you could easily be earning £50k plus in your first year!

We recruit for permanent positions across the whole of the UK and are on the PSL of every major Engineering Consultancy in our field. Experienced recruitment consultant, ideally in the engineering sector (specifically geotechnical/environmental) needed to help expand this division through business development, networking and ultimately making placements!
We have a versatile Customer Relationship Management system, existing business relationships with many of the largest Consulting clients and a fun, friendly atmosphere in which to work. We are professional and manage our own desks with no micro-management and complete freedom to recruit in the way that suits you best and gets you results. We offer weekly, monthly and quarterly incentives too, which always gives you something to strive for (apart from commission cheques, of course!)
Challenging and Exciting
You will be instrumental in the setting up of a new division at Esempio Ltd. You will have complete autonomy, with full support to develop our business in this industry sector. You will manage one Consultant initially and will then have responsibility for recruiting a team around you.
Prospects for progression
You will immediately have one Consultant working the desk with you and depending on your experience, may take on management responsibility straight away. Further down the line, you will help to develop and lead a whole team. You will of course be financially rewarded with an excellent salary, a fantastic commission scheme and share options/Directorship are also available to those wishing to develop their career to this level with Esempio.
Experience
You will have a number of years' full lifecycle recruitment experience, particularly in the engineering field and ideally geotechnical/environmental engineering. You will have experience of developing a new patch, including business development, networking, handling client meetings and any man-management experience would be a distinct advantage going forwards. You should not be afraid to pick up the phone to talk to clients, candidates and anyone at all who can help you understand and develop in this industry sector.
Skills and Qualifications
You may be degree qualified, but this is not essential. Any REC or other recruitment qualifications would be highly desirable. Excellent sales skills are essential.
Personality
You will be tenacious, organised, methodical and have an excellent track record in the recruitment industry. You will need to be able to provide solutions to our clients' complex recruitment problems, be quick witted and have a good understanding of the sales/recruitment life cycle. You will be professional at all times.
